Login Instructions

Initial Login Instructions:

1. Enter the user name and password given to you by your mediator and log in. This will take you to your AGREEMENT TO MEDIATE.
Agreement to Mediate: Both parties must accept the terms and conditions contained in the 'Agreement to Mediate' before your mediation can take place. Please read the document completely. If you agree with all its terms and conditions, ACCEPT and CONTINUE. This will take you to "My Account." You must now complete your account information.

2. Enter a valid email address (a "default" address is already entered. You MUST change it with your valid email address). The email address that you enter will be the one used to notify you of new messages and comments posted during the mediation process. If you do not change it, you will not receive email notifications. You may, however log in any time to check for new messages in your private room.

4. You must then enter and confirm a NEW password. Change it to one that is only known to you.

5. Signature: This field is optional. Anything you enter here will appear as the first words in all your correspondence with the mediator. It can also be left blank or changed later.

6. Subscription Settings: Autosubscribe MUST remain checked (if it isn't already checked, please enter a check in the box). This insures that email notifications will be sent to the email address you have entered.

7. Locale Settings: There is no need to adjust this setting.

PREVIEW AND SUBMIT
8. Go to 'Private Room' to begin your mediation.

YOU MAY EDIT ANY INFORMATION ENTERED AT ANY TIME BY LOGGING IN, CHOOSING "MY ACCOUNT" AND "EDIT." Your "Agreement To Mediate" will appear on your "My Account" page. It does not have to be approved again.

If you have difficulties with your login or any other aspect of your mediation, use the "Email Mediator" link in the menu.
